• To start a request, please contact us via WhatsApp and send a photo of the product with your order number.

Exchange Policy

Even though we provide detailed size charts and product images, we offer free size exchange with no additional shipping fees.

If the product is defective, damaged, or you need another size, our team will arrange the exchange after reviewing your request.

Refund Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery with inspection at delivery. You may refuse the order upon arrival without paying shipping fees if you are not satisfied.

A full refund will be issued if:

• The product you received is completely different from the description on our website.

Once the request is approved, the courier will contact you within 2–3 business days.
